Hi, my name is Chris Sena, and for over a decade I have coached, developed, and mentored leaders as both an executive coach and Fortune 15 HR executive.

I believe that becoming acutely aware of one's inner world (personality, natural strengths, self-talk, motivations) is foundational to developing and sustaining the skills, behaviors, and attitudes needed to achieve leadership goals on the outside. I leverage my background in psychology to drive client awareness/mastery of “the inside” while leaning on my HR leadership experience to help them practically navigate complex business situations.

As a “stakeholder-centered” coach, I engage key co-workers in the development process and change the frame through which they see you. I use a high-touch, transparent, and results-oriented approach to all engagements - with a bias toward generating practical solutions that get to the heart of what my clients need most.
